How to Register

To register for classes, you first need to join the Mamaste YogaNYC MeetUp Group

  • RSVP "yes" for the classes you wish to attend.
  • Please change your RSVP to "no" if you are unable to attend so that other students can reserve your spot. Stduents who are no-show for two classes without changing their RSVP status will be removed from the MeetUp group.

What to Bring

  • Bring a yoga mat to class. We do not have loaner mats available.
  • Wear comfortable yoga clothes or exercise wear. Exercises are practiced barefoot.
  • Bring water to drink. Water is usually available for purchase for $1.50 (cash) at the studio front desk.

NYC Childbirth WORKSHOPS

Karen's offers childbirth education workshops to members of the Mamaste Yoga NYC Meetup Group. Students must regularly attend the group's prenatal classes in order to participate in the free workshops.
